Stage 1) Assessment
After receiving your CV we will initially send you an email confirming a date and time when we will be contacting you for an introductory conversation.
During the introductory conversation we will assess:
- Your experience, skills and qualifications relating to the vacancy
- Your availability and suitability to relocate to your chosen destination
- Your understanding of what life is like living and working there
- Your short, medium and long term objectives relating to your career
Stage 2) Job Applications
If you have applied for specific jobs, we will also make suggestions of other similar vacancies we think would be suitable for you.
Stage 3) Interviews
If you have not yet arrived in your destination country, we will arrange telephone interviews for you.
Following the telephone interviews, if you are successful you may be asked to attend a formal face to face interview.
Once a date has been confirmed, we will organise everything for you including:
- Return flights
- Hotel reservations
- Travel instructions to the interview
- Information about the company and the format of the interview
Stage 4) Offers of employment
We will help you decide which offer to take and provide ongoing assistance and advice so that you reach the minimum requirements for taking the job. This may include:
- Provision of Professional References
- Successfully passing an Occupational Health assessment
- Obtaining your Criminal Record / Police check
- Obtaining Professional Body registration
