We have clinically trained staff to screen the candidates we submit to ensure they are suitable for the positions they have applied for.

The interview process involves a comprehensive breakdown of each of the candidate’s jobs, their education and any other information relevant to their career.

We strive to uncover any hidden stone, whilst at the same time assisting the candidate in improving their CV by requesting for them to expand upon any areas which we feel are lacking.

Typically these are:

  • Lists of clinical skills/duties used in each job

  • Management experience

  • Teaching experience

  • Evidence of Continued Professional Development

  • Any awards or achievements they have received
